On the eve of this trade fair, the Research Report on Analysis and Evaluation of Nutritional Components of Plateau Agricultural Products in Litang County, which was completed by the Institute of Food and Nutrition Development of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (hereinafter referred to as "Food Nutrition Institute"), explored the unique quality of plateau agricultural products in Litang County with scientific data and further increased the gold content of the "polar fruits and vegetables" brand in Litang County.
